In 2026, we are bringing that expertise to the United States. Building on the foundations we established supporting cell and gene therapy CMC, regulatory, and clinical teams internationally, our US launch broadens both our footprint and our service offering — giving life sciences companies a single recruitment partner across the full development and commercial lifecycle, from early research through launch.

Our CEO and Founder has led ICG Medical for 21 years, building it into a global healthcare recruitment powerhouse. Under his vision, the company has grown across multiple continents, connecting nurses, midwives, doctors, and healthcare workers with opportunities worldwide, all while staying true to its core values of openness, family, and passion. In 2023, he founded Greenstaff Life Sciences, extending the Group's specialist talent solutions into life sciences and supporting the growth of biotech, pharma, and innovation-led healthcare businesses.

Since 2011, Hiroshi has built his career as a strategic advisor and talent partner in the life sciences sector, with expertise spanning translational research, CMC, and business development. He has held senior roles across 4 multinational organisations and previously served as Japan Country Head for a global talent firm focused exclusively on life sciences. He is currently Head of Greenstaff Life Sciences, leading cross-border initiatives across Japan, the US, and China and supporting clients across the life sciences ecosystem.

China Business Operations Lead

Carolin played a key role in establishing Greenstaff Medical China in 2021 and continues to support the growth, coordination, and operational development of the China business. As China Business Operations Lead, she helps strengthen Greenstaff Life Sciences’ presence across Beijing, Tianjin, and Dalian, supporting specialist talent solutions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medtech companies across China’s life sciences market. Her work helps connect local market execution with Greenstaff’s international capability, supporting clients as they build specialist teams across R&D, CMC, clinical, regulatory, quality, and commercial functions.
