Greenstaff Life Sciences Division is a new brand that has emerged to support talent recruitment, team building, and global expansion for life science companies aiming to develop and launch “unprecedented medical technologies,” inheriting the legacy of the healthcare business of ICG Medical in the UK, which has been dedicated to better patient care for 18 years. Creating something new requires not only the core technology but also the acquisition of talents with new insights, experiences, and skills. Utilizing such talents has increasingly demanded diverse options, including not only regular employees but also contract workers, dispatched employees, advisors, directors, commissioned workers, and external consultants.

In the rapidly evolving field of advanced medical technology development, particularly in the domain of cellular and genetic therapies, it is projected that up to 21 cellular therapies and 31 gene therapies will be released in 2024 alone. However, there remains a significant gap in terms of building effective teams in the central research and development function, known as CMC, and obtaining regulatory approvals. Focusing on this gap, we aim to innovate cell and gene therapies internationally. As such, we have initiated services that encompass proposals for the FSP model, consulting focused on CMC and regulatory approvals, personnel introduction, and staffing.

Greenstaff Life Sciences team comprises seasoned recruitment specialists in the pharmaceutical industry alongside young, vibrant bilingual employees. With expertise in clinical development, regulatory affairs, and CMC personnel in the fields of gene therapy and cellular therapy both domestically and internationally, we cater to the evolving needs of various companies. Since 2011, Hiroshi has built his career as a strategic advisor and talent partner in the life sciences sector, with expertise spanning translational research, CMC, and business development. He has held senior roles across 4 multinational organisations and previously served as Japan Country Head for a global talent firm focused exclusively on life sciences. He is currently Head of Greenstaff Life Sciences, leading cross-border initiatives across Japan, the US, and China and supporting clients across the life sciences ecosystem.
