Takeda Pharmaceutical has entered into a major global collaboration with China’s Innovent Biologics, valued at up to $11.4 billion, to co-develop and commercialise next-generation cancer therapies worldwide, including in the United States.
The partnership will focus on immuno-oncology and antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) treatments, led by Innovent’s key investigational assets IBI363 and IBI343, targeting solid tumours such as non-small cell lung cancer and colorectal cancer.
